Firestar Reverb Model 150R
The Firestar Reverb Model 150R is part of Magnatones new, all transitor, "Pro-Line" solid state amplifiers made between 1967 and 1968. From the schematic and photo going left to right it has 2 preamp channels each with high and low gain inputs. Each channel has volume, bass and treble controls. The red pilot lamp is between the 2 channels. Then some kind of tone switch for both channels. The 150R has Tremolo with speed, depth controls and footswitch jack. Next is the Reverb control and then some kind of drive control and a jack. From the photo you can see a monsterous cabinet with 4 12-inch speakers and a port on the bottom. BC-1 Casters are a must since this amp weighs alot. If anyone has catalog or sales information Email Us. We need details.
