It is model 96-10041 and is in near mint/collector condition. Tubes in the
amp include the 6V6GT output tube in a circuit with the following other
tubes: (3) 12AX7, (1) 12AU7, (1) 5Y3 rectifier. High and low gain inputs
for two instruments. Separate volume and tone controls for each input.
Tremelo with intensity, speed controls and foot switch input jack. Also, two
jacks for external speakers. Tolex exterior is like new. Leather handle in
excellent condition.  Original canvas cover included. Twelve-inch,
Alnico-magnet speaker, labeled Panaramic (not sure of actual manufacturer).
Amp has been thoroughly serviced by professional technician. It had been
sitting for many years and required the following electrical work: 1) new
power supply filter capacitor (four-section can), 2) four new coupling
capacitors, 3) cleaning of control potentiometers with Deoxit cleaner. All
functions working fine with full power output.
