We have found this to be the most complete and least expensive service available to our customers. Express Mail service includes insurance, tracking, routine customs clearance, and door-to-door service. Actual Delivery Dates are dependent upon the Local Customs Department in your Country.

RETURNS or DAMAGED ORDERS

What to do when your order arrives:

  • DO INSPECT the package. If the package is damaged, please try to get proof that the package was damaged in transit.
  • DO INSPECT your order right away.
  • DO CHECK the invoice and make sure that your order is complete.
  • If the order is incorrect or damaged in any way,

  • If an item(s) is damaged, we will make arrangements for you to return it to us and a replacement will be shipped to you. DO NOT return it without return instructions.
  • We will not be responsible for incorrect or damaged orders that have not been reported within 5 business days after delivery.

RETURN AND SATISFACTION POLICIES:
Products come with a 48 hour inspection period that begins with the date and hour your order is delivered. During that period, you many return the merchandise for a refund if not satisfied, less all actual freight costs incurred.

1. First, notify us that you wish to return the parts within this 48 hour period. No returns will be accepted after the 48 hour period is completed.

2. The product must be returned undamaged, in new condition, in all original packaging, freight prepaid, insured to full value. We reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee plus freight on refused or cancelled orders.

We do NOT accept returns or give refunds on the following: Vinyl and grill cloth, pipings, and moldings. Electronic parts, schematics, speakers, Printed materials and books. Special order Amp covers, or parts. Custom Speaker enclosures or cabinets.
